Ed has spent the last decade working in the third sector within a higher education environment.
He is currently director of operations and commercial development at the Goldsmiths University Student Union. Prior to that, he spent nine years at King's College London Students Union, as head of community engagement and opportunities. Before his journey into the third sector, he worked for both public and private organisations operating leisure facilities across Lewisham and Southwark.
Ed is chair of the resources committee and vice-chair of the governing body at Woodhill Primary School. He is passionate about empowering the young people in our communities and allowing them to realise their potential. This is one of the main reasons why he became a school governor. He has two teenage sons who also go to school in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and has also coached youth football at various levels within the borough.
