All schools within the Inspire Partnership work with Challenge Partners in order to enhance collaboration and continually reflect on and improve our practice. Within our Challenge Partners hub, we work alongside other schools and multi-academy trusts including the Compass Partnership and the Endevour Partnership Trust.
Getting Ahead London
Many leaders across the trust have participated in Getting Ahead London, a coaching programme delivered by the GLA and Challenge Partners. The aim of the programme is to develop the leadership pipeline for London schools. Several of our staff have gained promotions to new leadership roles.
We use Lesson Study as an essential action research tool to develop teacher collaboration. Each year we deliver a series of training and reflection sessions which support teachers to conduct specific and informative research, with the aim of developing aspects of teaching and learning according to their school's priorities. The lesson study model, which originates in Japan, enables teachers to adapt their practice based on the observation of a group of target children in order to impact positively on the children's learning.
We also collaborate with many other schools and multi-academy trusts, locally, nationally and beyond, in a range of formal and informal ways.
