Trust strategy brings fresh focus on leadership, community and growth

The Inspire Partnership has published its three-year strategic plan for the period 2025-2028.
Rob Carpenter, Chief Executive of the Inspire Partnership, said, “Our mission remains to transform the lives of children through partnership and collaboration. This belief in transformation through working together is our call to action.
“Our intention is for this plan to help us move from a position of consolidation to growth and wider influence.”
Andrew Lawrence, the Inspire Partnership’s Chair of Trustees, adds, “This strategic plan rightly focuses on community and we will play our part as a catalyst for change by leveraging our position in the heart of the communities that we serve.”
The strategy is built on six pillars - Lasting Leadership, Organisational Excellence, Community First, Learner Voice, Educational Excellence, and Growth.
A new booklet, published today, Thursday 11 September, explains the rationale for each of the pillars, outlines the major pieces of work that will support success in each area, and details how we will measure progress.
