Pupil and staff surveys place our schools in the top bracket once again

Pupil and staff surveys place our schools in the top bracket once again.
Elaine Primary School, Forest Academy, Foxfield Primary School, Maundene Primary School and Rockliffe Manor Primary School have been recognised in the TEP Spring 2026 Census for pupil and employee engagement measures such as Pupil Inclusion and Staff Wellbeing & Workload.
Each of TEP’s (The Engagement Platform’s) awards reflect strong engagement outcomes that place our schools among the highest-performing nationally across TEP’s dataset of over 500 schools.
Each school is celebrating repeat recognition following a similar array of Awards in the winter cycle.
Melissa Carpenter, Deputy Chief Executive of Inspire Partnership, said, “These awards reflect the deliberate and sustained work of school leaders, staff teams and the supportive communities we serve. It is particularly pleasing to see a number of our schools recognised again, demonstrating consistent impact over time. This recognition both celebrates their work and helps to strengthen our collective understanding of what drives strong engagement.
“Across all our schools, a significant focus is placed on staff and pupil engagement, as we know this is the foundation for success. Our leaders are committed to creating the conditions where both pupils and staff feel motivated, supported and able to thrive, enabling everyone to achieve their full potential.”
